  • Refunds may be issued for defective items or when the item delivered is not what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, design, or customization). Please note that customized or personalized items are subject to specific conditions for refunds.

  • Refunds will be issued only if the item received is defective, damaged during shipping, or if it does not match the description or specifications of your order.
  • Customized or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged. If there is an issue with a personalized order, please contact us immediately.
